Minnesota Statutues Section 609 contains the vast majority of legislation relating to criminal charges. Most misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor and felony level offenses, including, but not limited to, theft, burglary, arson, criminal sexual conduct, fraud, bribery and disorderly conduct are included.
